Hi I'm Dawn - I'm a Clinical Hypnotherapist, mum of two and former anxiety sufferer.  I know what it's like to be in the grip of anxiety and also to be the parent of a teen with anxiety. That's why I've created these tools and resources to help adults and teens manage anxiety and bring anxious thoughts and feelings under control once and for all.
